We’ve completed a wide range of builds in Hoylake, West Kirby, Caldy, Heswall and more, from single-storey extensions to full home renovations. Our portfolio shows how we’ve helped families open up their homes, improve layout, and create brighter and more practical spaces to live in. Each project is managed from start to finish by our team, with a focus on quality and a smooth, clear process.
Full rear single storey extension
This project started with a simple brief — remove an old conservatory. But as we got to work, it quickly evolved into a full rear extension and garden overhaul. We built a large single-storey extension to the back of the home, creating a bright open-plan kitchen and dining space, complete with a new WC. Every detail was finished to a high standard and tailored to suit the way the family lives day to day.
Outside, our groundworks team took care of the full dig-out and preparation before transforming the garden. We laid porcelain patio tiles for a clean, modern finish and fitted Astro turf to create a low-maintenance play area for the grandkids. What was once a tired garden and outdated conservatory is now a smart, usable space — inside and out. All works were managed by our in-house team, from start to finish.
Architect Designed Stunning Extension
We recently completed a large ground floor extension at a home in Meols. Designed by an architect, the project opened up the entire back of the house to create a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area.
To support the open layout, we installed three steel beams. The extension also featured a triple VELUX roof light and a fixed roof light, bringing in plenty of natural light. Detailed brickwork and Heritage-style windows and doors helped tie the new space in with the original character of the home. A high-spec Benchmarx kitchen was fitted to complete the space.
