Meet Sam – Founder of Samform Builders, and the 'Sam' in Samform
With over 30 years of experience in the building trade, Sam brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for craftsmanship to every project. Originally from Yorkshire, he began his career as a City & Guilds-qualified joiner, honing his skills while working in his father’s family business.

As the business grew, so did Sam’s opportunities. He spent 14 years in North London, managing large teams of tradesmen and working on high-end residential projects, including renovations for celebrity homes. His dedication to quality and precision then took him to Spain, where he spent a decade as a director of the family business in Catalonia, overseeing the construction and refurbishment of luxury properties and hotels.

In 2016, Sam relocated to the Wirral, bringing his extensive experience to local homeowners through Samform Builders. Specialising in house extensions, renovations, and open-plan living transformations, he has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Recently, Sam has expanded Samform Builders further, establishing a base in Hoylake with a showroom and office. This space allows clients to explore design options, view examples of completed work, and discuss their projects in person, reinforcing Sam’s commitment to customer service and excellence in building.
