Rear House Extension and Garage Conversion

This project is now close to completion. The clients came to us with a clear idea of how they wanted their home to look and work, and our role was to make it happen. The build included a full rear extension and a complete garage conversion, with major structural work carried out by our team.
We started with the new rear extension to create more space and improve the flow of the home. The rear wall was removed and structural steels were installed to the structural engineer’s specification. Everything was fully managed on site to keep the property supported throughout.
The extension was finished with roof lights for natural light, and we supplied and fitted new bi-fold doors to link the room to the garden. The garage roof was replaced with a rubber flat roof for long-term durability, and new drainage was installed ready for the conversion work.
Inside, the garage was fully converted to form an extra usable room that ties in with the rest of the build. The home also now features a fitted Benchmarx kitchen, bringing the layout together and making the most of the new space.
Every trade on this project was organised and managed by us from start to finish, giving the clients a smooth process while we delivered the home they had planned.
