This project started with a simple brief - "remove an old conservatory". But as we got to work, it quickly evolved into a full rear extension and garden overhaul. We built a large single-storey extension to the back of the home, creating a bright open-plan kitchen and dining space, complete with a new WC. Every detail was finished to a high standard and tailored to suit the way the family lives day to day.

 

Outside, our groundworks team took care of the full dig-out and preparation before transforming the garden. We laid porcelain patio tiles for a clean, modern finish and fitted Astro turf to create a low-maintenance play area for the grandkids. What was once a tired garden and outdated conservatory is now a smart, usable space — inside and out. All works were managed by our in-house team, from start to finish.
